Quotes

  • Jack: Three years ago, a pocket watch was sold to a Bart Wilkerson.
Ryan: Here we go again.
Jack: "Evil events from evil causes spring." Aristophanes said that.
  • Jack: Well, Bart died a couple of months ago. So son Henry must have inherited the watch. Along with almost unlimited wealth.
Micki: I think he inherited a little bit more than he bargained for.
Ryan: Yeah, like a gold-digging wife. Well, make that grave-digging.
Jack: "The evil that men do lives after them, the good is often interred with their bones." Shakespeare.
  • Ryan: You got the keys to the car?
Jack: "Old wood best to burn. Old wine best to drink. Old plugs best to change."
Ryan: Who said that?
Jack: The gentleman driving the tow truck.
