Plot Overview
Goliath, Elisa, Angela and Bronx arrive in Africa to find poachers at work. They find Elisa's mother in an African village. When Elisa goes to speak with her mother, poachers invade the village trying to kill the captured panther, lead by Tea, a former member of the village.
When threatened, Fara Maku, leader of the village, transforms into a panther and then runs off into the forest with Tea in pusuit.
Goliath and the others capture the poachers then go off in pursuit of Tea and Fara Maku with Elisa's mother.
When Goliath prevents Tea from killing Fara Maku in his panther form, out of frustration she transforms into a panther and pursues Fara Maku into the forest.
With Bronx following the sent, Goliath and the others pursue. They emerge from the forest at the gates of Kara Digi, a mythical city built to honor the Spider King, Anansi.
In the city they separate into two groups and are captured. Each group escapes and continues the search.
Tea and Fara Maku transform back into their human forms just as the pursuers catch up. There they discover that Fara Maku made a deal with the Spider King to transform into a panther and he marked Tea so she would be affected too.
