Cameron Steven Webber is a character on the soap opera General Hospital. Born in 2004, Cameron is the son of the late Zander Smith and Elizabeth Webber and the half brother of Jake Spencer. Elizabeth named him after his paternal grandfather Cameron Lewis since Zander had wanted to. Being raised by Lucky Spencer, he views Lucky as his father, since Zander died before he was born, although Lucky has never legally adopted him.
