Mike Corbin
Father of Sonny and Courtney and had left them in their mother's care for his gambling problems. Sonny and Mike are working on their relationship. Mike is the grandfather of Sonny's sons and daughter and Courtney's only son. Courtney died in 2006 making Mike wanting to keep his son close to him.
Adela Corinthos Woods
Mother of Sonny and Ric (shared with Trevor Lansing) and was made to choose between her sons and chose her oldest child. She died before Sonny moved to Port Charles, grandmother to Sonny's kids and Ric's daughter.
Sonny Corinthos
Son of Mike and Adela, half-brother to Ric and Courtney, father of Michael, Kristina, and Morgan, he was married to Carly and is currently engaged to Kate and dated Alexis and her daughter Sam.
Carly Corinthos Jacks
Daughter of Bobbie Spencer, she is the ex-wife of Sonny Corinthos but is married to Jax Jacks. She has two sons by Sonny.
Michael Corinthos III
Son of Sonny and Carly, brother to Morgan and half-brother to Kristina. Lives with his mother and step-father. born in December 1996.
Morgan Corinthos
Son of Sonny and Carly, brother to Michael and half-brother to Kristina, lives with his mother and step-father. Born in October 2003.
