Plot Overview
A Japanese Soldier appears on the Island. He makes his appearance in scary fashion.Gilligan while deep Sea/Lagoon fishing sees what he thought was a Sea Monster. He is so scared when he spots a telescope popping out of the water that he runs to tell the others. The Japanese Sailor surfaces from the Lagoon, hides the mini-submarine,and one by one he takes all but two of the castaways prisoner. The remaining two are Gilligan, and the Skipper. The Japanese Sailor believes that he is still fighting the war.He locks the castaways in two rigged cages set to explode if any of the castaways attempt to escape. He attempts to gather information from the his prisoners about the Allies Battle plans. They all try to convince him that there is no battle plans, and that the War is over.He does'nt believe them.Meanwhile, the skipper, and gilligan discover his mini-submarine with the japanese writing on it.They deduce that the Japanese Sailor is has abducted their fellow castaways, and holding them prisoner. The Skipper, and Gilligan search, and find the place where the Japanese Sailor is holding the others.Seeing how the cages are rigged to explode, the Skipper attempts to dig the captives out of the cages.Gilligan in a bold, and brave move sneaks up on the sailor while he is sleeping. He removes the cage key, takes the sailors gun,and bayonet, and frees the captive castaways, all the while the Skipper is digging. After being set free,Gilligan gives the Skipper the bayonet so that the Skipper will be able to dig faster.Using the bayonet now,the Skipper notices that his fellow castaways are out of the cages. He stares an exasperated look on his face at the camera. The Castaways take note that the Japanese Sailor is gone.He awoke, and is headed for his mini-sub.They notice that the Sailor is driving the sub recklessly. The reason for this being is that Gilligan had swiped his glasses along with the weapons, and key. So,the Japanese sailor cannot see clearly where he is going. He obviously can see clear enough, because he would disappear leaving the Castaways stranded.
