Plot Overview
The Colonel is reassigned to take emergency command of USAG Stroopsdorf in the Netherlands, a small and combat-less base, as punishment for his unfiltered rant about General Davidson. Upon arrival, Sergeant Conway provides The Colonel and Major Shah with a tour of the things Stroopsdorf is known for: cheese, laundry and bowling. The Colonel demands to know who is in charge and is introduced to Captain Quinn, his estranged daughter. Captain Quinn briefs The Colonel and Major Shah on her upcoming and crucial operation of the soldiers marching in the town's Tulip Festival.
