Plot Overview
Hank Kimball's boss, Mr. Treffinger, fires the dimwitted but likable county agent, and replaces him with Harvey Schmidlapp, who's overly officious and arrogant. In order to get Hank back as the agent, Oliver comes up with a great scheme...sic lovesick Ralph Monroe, who had a thing for Kimball, on Schmidlapp!
