Plot Overview
Tired of the poor service from Hooterville's phone company, Oliver first takes his complaints to the Public Utilities Commission, who fail to do anything because the phone company has less than 60 subscribers. When he tells company owner Roy Trendell that he can do a better job, Trendell turns the keys over to Oliver.
