Trivia
The Show
- This episode is the de facto series finale of Green Acres. Although the show was still popular with audiences, it was cancelled by CBS in 1971 as the result of the network's infamous "rural purge" period of 1969-72, when it scrapped still-popular shows skewing toward older and rural-based viewers in favor of new series favoring younger, urban viewers.
