Plot Overview
Harley reveals to Cassie and Blake that Phillip is the father of Beth’s baby. The shocked women try to comfort Harley who still wants to support Lizzie during the transplant, but she wonders how she can face Phillip at the hospital. Meanwhile, Phillip arrives at the Bauer residence and tells Rick that Harley knows everything. Phillip wonders if Harley will ever forgive him. Rick assures him that Harley still loves him and tells him to focus on Lizzie right now. At Carmen’s memorial service, Ray gives Danny a letter that Carmen wrote on her deathbed. Danny reads the letter out loud at the service, which says that Carmen has left a statement with her lawyer that implicates all of the crime families. If any of her children are ever harmed, the letter will be turned over to the police. Michelle is overjoyed as she and Danny will be safely out of the mob world, but she is unaware that the letter is a fake. David promises Ruth that he will ensure that she is not charged in Carmen’s murder case. David informs Vicky that he had to cancel their romantic getaway to help Ruth. Later, Vicky tells Ruth that David is helping her because pities her. Selena overhears and calls Vicky on her jealousy.
