Requiem for a Malph is the twelfth episode of the fifth season of Happy Days, and the one hundredth episode overall.
One of the best-received episodes of the series, and perhaps the ultimate "Ralph" episode, the episode centers on Ralph trying to court the girl of his dreams, who is (coincidentally) trying to break up with her possessive boyfriend, a hulking fullback who doesn't take kindly to someone else trying to date his girlfriend. When he learns that Ralph is seriously trying to date his girlfriend, the football player threatens Ralph with serious injury if he's even so much as rumored to be seen with Kitty in the future.
The two decide to settle their differences in the boxing ring, with the affections of the girl on the line.

Notes
- Many elements of this episode would be reused in the Family Matters episode "Requiem for an Urkel." Most notably: underdog student standing up to a bully, using boxing to resolve issues and differences, the boxing scenes (including where the hero is knocked down and the girl of his dreams is a blur when he comes to.
- At the episode's beginning, Potsie – backed by Richie and Ralph – sings "Calendar Girl," a hit single by Neil Sedaka.
