Plot Overview
A friend of Amanda gets Nick to investigate the disappearance of her brother. A computer detective, Nick finds a CD that reveals he was tracking the bank theft from an immortal who Amanda had previously encountered. Known to use toxins to his benefit, Amanda warns Nick of the danger, but it's too late as he is soon given a slow-acting poison with time running out.
Notes
- According to Amanda, immortality is triggered by a violent death, meaning a potential immortal can die a permanent death of old age.
