Plot Overview
Captain Mueller,and an Aide brings a Truck containing a very secret substance to Stalog 13.The substance that he brings he reveals to Klink is Water.It isn't ordinary Water,but Heavy Water that is to be used for Atomic Research.Hogan,and his men do not believe it is Water,until Carter tastes it,and it is Water.When Hogan learns about the purpose for the Water,he decides to sabetage the purpose by switching the Heavy Water for ordinary Water,thereby setting the research back many years.
