Plot Overview
After a British prostitute is brutally slain, speculation arises that a killer who has claimed the lives of 25 prostitutes in London has arrived in the States. Hunter and McCall are joined by a fetching yet headstrong Scotland Yard Inspector who's certain that a visiting member of the House of Lords, a famous photographer, is the killer, but she's willing to ignore the customs of American law and winds up harassing the man and almost becomes a victim herself.
