Plot Overview
The brother of Captain Devane's girlfriend arrives in L.A. to speak to the Irish-American community at a rally despite threats on his life. He steadfastly refuses to cancel his speech, so Devane asks Hunter and McCall to protect him, unaware that he's the real threat--it's all a cover to assassinate another visitor from Ireland, a Colonel whom he blames for his brother's death.
