Plot Overview
A violent gang of home invaders specializes in attacking rich women who live alone. Molenski is one of several attractive female officers who offer to go undercover as targets, complete with a fancy car and a huge bankroll, but the thieves pull a 'bump-and-run' on her instead, assaulting her and stealing her service weapon. The gun is sold on the street a couple of times and becomes the weapon in two murders, which puts her in hot water with Internal Affairs and Captain Devane, and also causes her to doubt her abilities as a cop.
