Plot Overview
Ed visits San Diego for both business and pleasure--he stops in to visit a buddy at the Naval station while he's in town to pick up a prisoner. He's mugged shortly after leaving the Naval base, his identification stolen, and after being stopped by two cops, fights them so he can experience being arrested. Ed winds up in a cell with some very dangerous men and soon realizes that it's no picnic on the other side of the bars.
