James Garland "J.G." Quintel is an American animator, writer and voice actor best known as the creator of the Cartoon Network series, Regular Show.

Biography
Quintel was born and raised in Hanford, California to Terri and James Allen Quintel. He has a younger brother, Payton Dean Quintel. When he was growing up, he also said that Hanford's geography was "kind of flat" and that there was "not a ton to do". That prompted him and his friends to find ways to entertain themselves that Quintel would later incorporate in Regular Show.
