Jeannie is an animated version of the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie. It aired Saturday mornings on CBS.

In this animated spinoff, produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions in association with Screen Gems, Jeannie is a teenage genie in this version and her master is Center City High student Corey Anders. Corey discovers the bottle in which Jeannie is encased while wiping out during surfing. He opens the bottle and releases Jeannie and her apprentice sidekick Babu. The two genies use their powers to get Corey and his pal Henry in and out of trouble.

Jeannie became a segment of the 1977 syndicated package Fred Flintstone and Friends. Jeannie herself (with Babu) also appeared in an episode of The New Scooby-Doo Movies. She and Babu were supposed to be a member of the Scooby Doobies on Scooby's All-Star Laff-a-Lympics, but rights issues with Columbia Pictures Television (the successor-in-interest to Screen Gems, which originally co-produced Jeannie) prevented Jeannie's appearance. Jeannie was replaced with Hong Kong Phooey while Babu was retained for Laff-A-Lympics as he was created and owned by Hanna-Barbera.

Due to this show's ties to I Dream of Jeannie, Sony Pictures Television owns and distributes the series, with its copyright held by SPT's animation division Adelaide Productions.
