Plot Overview
While Judd is away on another case, Ben takes on the defense of a citrus farmer who fatally shot the abortionist who nearly killed his pregnant daughter. The client insists that the killing was in self-defense, as the 'doctor' tried to attack him with a scalpel, but the scalpel can't be found, and even worse, evidence of the man's violent temper comes into play as well.
