Plot Overview
What starts out as defending a privileged young man in a paternity suit turns into a nightmare for Ben--he's accused of a morals violation involving the girl being sued in the earlier case, the allegation being that he took her across state lines for an immoral purpose. He chooses to defend himself, against Judd's advice, and goes up against a wily State's attorney who has a long-standing grudge against Judd.
