Plot Overview
A halfway house for ex-cons has their license jeopardized when it's discovered that one of the residents is a parole violator. Judd goes to bat for both the accused parole violator and the house and is able to ensure that the man won't be charged with a parole violation and won't involve himself with anyone at the halfway house, as well as securing the house's license. When the parolee loses his job and starts consorting with criminal colleagues, he winds up in trouble once again and needs Judd's help.
