Plot Overview
After a horrific murder/suicide, a baby is placed in Judd's care, per the wishes of the child's mother who was the shooter. He then must decide what's best for the child's welfare, the choices being having the baby raised in an institution or turning the baby over to the mother's dysfunctional family.
