Plot Overview
Amy has her hands full preparing for "Adoption Day" at the courthouse; just when Peter & Gillian are preparing to officially adopt Ned, Ned's birth mother, Evie comes back into the picture; meanwhile, Maxine deals with a teenage girl who wants to be adopted before she turns 18 and a 12-year-old boy who doesn't want to be adopted because he believes that his birth mom will return for him one day.
