Plot Overview

Maxine's nephew, Kyle returns to Hartford much to the disgust of Amy; Amy presides over the case of a teenage boy with Native American roots who killed a yak as part of a ritual and has to decide whether the boy should be institutionalized or turned over to the sentencing circle of his Native American tribe; Donna fills in for Bruce as Amy's C.S.O. as Bruce tries to help out a young boy on probation; meanwhile, Maxine tries to figure out why a group of foster kids have marks on their arms.
