Plot Overview
Amy presides over the case of an Amish teenager who wants to return to her community with her baby, but the baby's father wants custody; Maxine takes action when she learns that young girls in the foster care system are being sent to a psychiatric facility in order to save money; meanwhile, Amy considers sending Lauren to private school and is surprised when she runs into David McClaren at the school's open house; Kyle stands up for Todd after he breaks hospital protocol to save a young boy (who has HIV)'s hand.
