  • Wingless Thanagarians: Series writer Dwayne McDuffie has confirmed that in the Justice League continuity, early Thanagarians did not have wings. This is confirmed by the lack of wings on the Thanagarians in the flashback and the existence of a flying harness for Hawkman to find in the tomb in the first place.
