KAUZ-TV is a CBS network affiliate in Wichita Falls, Texas and Lawton, Oklahoma. The station broadcasts on digital channel 22.
KAUZ began on March 1, 1953 as the CBS affiliate, it remains a CBS station to this day. On July 31, 2009 Drewry Communications initiated a joint sales/shared operational services agreement between KAUZ and ABC affiliate KSWO (channel 7). On August 10, 2015, Raycom Media announced they will purchase Drewry Communications Group for $160 million. American Spirit Media will also purchase KAUZ. The sale was completed on December 1, 2015.
