KILM is an Ion Life owned-and-operated television station in Victorville, California (licensed to Inglewood). The station broadcasts on digital channel 44 displayed to tuners on virtual channel 64 and it's sister station is KPXN-TV.
KILM signed on the air August 15, 1987 as call letters KVVT and as an Independent station, the station was originally licensed in Barstow. In 1989, the station became an ABC affiliate for viewers that couldn't reach a clear signal from ABC-owned KABC-TV in Los Angeles. In 1992, it changed its call letters to KHIZ and returned to Independent status. In 1995, the station became an America One affiliate. In 2006, the station dropped America One and became a FilmOn TV affiliate In 2012, the station changed its call letters to the current KILM, and became an affiliate of the My Combat Channel. In 2014, the station became an affiliate of the SonLife Broadcasting Network. In 2017, the station discontinued its affiliation with SonLife and became an affiliate of the Punch TV Network. In 2018, the station moved its city of license to Inglewood, California. The station was sold to Ion Media Networks in 2018 and became an Ion Life owned-and-operated station.
