KTXA is an independent station in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. It broadcasts on digital channel 29, displaying on digital tuners via PSIP as virtual channel 21.1. Its sister station is KTVT channel 11 and is owned by Paramount Global via its CBS Television Stations division. It also carries MeTV on digital channel 29.2, having picked up that affiliation from former Dallas affiliate KTXD-TV in December 2013.

KTXA signed on the air October 6, 1980 as an independent station. It became a charter UPN affiliate in 1995. In 2006, KTXA again became an independent station.
