Basic Information
O'Brien was a cop that Nikita met in season one. When Nikita beat up a serial killer who tried to attack her then left the scene of the crime, O'Brien began investigating things, accessing contacts in the intelligence community. Section One framed him for murder and recruited him into section. He reappeared in season five to take Michael's place in Section.
