Plot Overview
When a young woman named Tracy Henderson is found murdered in an alley, the detectives initially believe that Tracy was a prostitute, but the investigation leads them to a serial killer of prostitutes who may be a cop and they later realize that Tracy's death might not be connected to the serial killer, but someone close in her life.
