Plot Overview
When Stabler and Benson investigate the death of cab driver, who is found stabbed and castrated in his taxi, they discover that the cab driver was a wanted war criminal from Serbia named Stefan Tanzic and the investigation leads to two women, who were victims of Tanzic who decided to take matters into their own hands.
