Plot Overview
Stabler tries to link Leon Tate, an HIV-positive ex-convict to a series of sexual assaults involving young African-American girls, but when he ends up dead after a drug overdose and the attacks continue to escalate, the detectives search to find the man who is truly responsible for the crimes.
