Pre-Crash
Nancy was seated in the tail-section of the plane and survived the crash.
The First 44 Days (Season One)
Nancy was pulled out of the water Mr. Eko after the tail-section crashed into the ocean. On day 12 Nancy was taken by the Others, along with eight other people, including the children, Emma and Zack.
Season Two
Nancy was taken by the Others on Day 12 and has not been seen since.
