Plot Overview
A holdup at a credit union leaves two men dead, a teller and a customer, and evidence suggests that the customer was the robber, who was shot by a secretary after shooting the teller. Ballinger, however, suspects that the secretary killed both men to cover up her stealing from the till.

The Show
This episode was parodied in the first episode of the police spoof, Police Squad!, in 1982. Police Squad! also parodied the opening credits of M Squad, and the series' theme music is quite similar to that of M Squad.
