Plot Overview
A young man with a police record accidentally shoots a pawn shop owner and then goes on the run. The pawn shop owner survives the wound and doesn't wish to press charges, leading Ballinger on a frantic search to find the young man before he can get into any real trouble, which just might happen when he meets up with a slick operator who's just gotten out of prison.
