Plot Overview
Matlock tries to instill the Christmas spirit in his grumpy neighbor and client, a toy store owner accused of killing his business partner. At Ray Templin's Bar, Conrad explains to Les about the Christmas party, where all of Matlock's associates were planning to attend when Matlock must stay at the police station and asking his client to start giving for the holidays, rather than just doing business.
