Plot Overview

It bacomes a busy Night for the City of New York,especially for the Police,and in particular,McCloud.A Police Strike,an incident where a Man is spray-painted blue,and a Man name Hefferman is guarded by a small group of Police,not to mention a snow Blizzard,all make for an interesting night.This Man Hefferman is offering to provide information about some top ranking Criminal in exchange for immunity,and protection.Guarding Hefferman won't be easy,when the majority of the Police are planning to strike.Plus there is an infiltrator within the Police Station giving information to his Bosses on the goings on within the Department.Some Federal Marshals have been called to escort Hefferman to a Safe House.The infiltrator has alerted his Bosses as to when they can raid the Police Station,and how many men will be needed.If becomes a matter of who arrives first.And,who survives the raid.
