Mighty Mouse is on trial for the disappearance of Scrappy. His testimony is refuted by clips from season one episodes with dialogue altered to make it appear that he is responsible.

Mighty Mouse tries to help Bat-Bat break his addiction to joke-telling while stopping Ski-Nose (a Bob Hope caricature) and Madame Marsupial's trophy-stealing crime wave.
