Mighty Mr. Titan is a series of animated interstitials where the titular character extols the virtues of physical fitness, sometimes aided by Tipso, a squiggly mascot figure. It had been a regular feature on Jerry's Beck's Worst Cartoons Ever festival at Comic-Con International in San Diego. Trans-Lux was the distributor.
