Plot Overview
A man arrested for the kidnapping and sexual abuse of a girl is released despite Frank's fear that he could be a repeat offender. Everyone's fear seems to come true when a girl disappears soon after, but Frank suspects something is wrong when she can't be located after his confession that matches verbatim the one he gave two decades ago.
