Plot Overview
Vincente Bravo, dictator of Nueva Tierra, plans the invasion of neighboring democracy San Cristobal with the aid of foreign adviser Nikor Janos. Janos' backers are sending a coded plan of the invasion and the IMF must decipher the unbreakable code and thwart the invasion.
