Biography and Personality
Although Mr. Carney was the series' antagonist, he was often portrayed as a supporting but minor villain.
Carney was the deceased Mr. Meaty founder, CEO, and owner.
Mr. Carney was an ill-tempered, selfish, very ugly, mean, cold, heartless man who enjoyed torturing people and injuring them. He even threatened people pretty often (his victims are often Josh and Parker, the series' protagonists).
Mr. Carney wore a black top hat and suit, even though he was usually seen wearing a cowboy suit in various episodes.
His right-hand man was the manager, Mr. Wink.
Carney's body was cryogenically frozen in the freezer... until Josh and Parker found him and thawed him out. The crackpot was then back to owning the Mr. Meaty empire and bossing his employees around.
It was shown that Carney was crippled, often traveling in a high-tech wheelchair (which he used to send an electric charge to the chip on Wink's head), even though he was not handicapped.
Mr. Carney was very evil and greedy. As in the Mr. Meaty episode, "Original Sin", Carney fired Mr. Wink. When he wanted Wink back, he forced him to work for him by pulling out the contract that Wink's great-great-great grandfather signed, then he placed a micro chip on the back of his head which shocked him when Wink did something that Carney disliked.
Mr. Carney's final appearance was in one of the specials, "Big Greasy Musical", where he melted away when Josh and Brittany sang a song to defeat the villain.
Carney's full name was Edward Roger Carney, and the restaurant was named after him.
