Behind the Scenes
Dale Robertson's name does not appear in the credits of this episode for good reason: he requested that it be taken off. He disagreed with the billing order (all top-name guests, regardless of experience, were billed at the beginning of the episode in alphabetical order), claiming that he should have had top guest billing or Special Guest Star billing. The producers explained to Robertson that they didn't do things that way and honored his request to have his name removed from the credits, the only time in the series that this ever happened.
