Plot Overview

Jessica Fletcher is surprised to learn that her nephew Grady has sent in her manuscript and it soon becomes a big hit. Jessica goes to New York with Grady and begins an attraction to her editor but soon begins her first murder investigation when a private detective dressed as Sherlock Holmes is found dead in a pool outside a mansion and Grady is the prime suspect. Jessica goes to find out what happened and try to clear Grady.
