Plot Overview
After a small market is burglarized, the neighborhood residents are quick to blame the denizens of a drug rehab center that opened across the street. Ward pays a visit to the center and talks to the owner, who is equally quick to insist that his patients aren't involved, as the protesting residents get more vocal...and more violent.
