NOVA — Season Thirty-Three |
Dimming the Sun is the nineteenth episode of the thirty-third season of NOVA, and the six hundred twenty-third episode overall.
New evidence shows that the severity of global warming may have been masked by "global dimming". Temperature increases in the days after September 11, 2001 show that aircraft contrails may be blocking the sun's rays by a significant amount.
Narrator: Kathryn Walker
Notes
- A slightly different version of this program was show by the BBC's Horizon series as Global Dimming.
