Plot Overview
Searching for a criminal who was the only survivor of a deadly armored car robbery in which two cops were among the casualties, Parker orders that the man's brother-in-law, who testified against him once before, be found and forced to help find the man. The brother-in-law was so tortured by guilt over his actions that he wound up in a mental institution, and Flint worries that they might push him over the edge once again, but Parker nonetheless orders his men to tail him. He's out to find the brother-in-law to seek his forgiveness.
