She is best known for her role as Bunny in the original black and white TV pilot of Gilligan's Island entitled Marooned. However, the creator/producer Sherwood Schwartz, after many network problems decided to change three of the characters and recast them. Off-Broadway, she appeared as Dixie Evans in The Big Knife at the Seven Arts Playhouse which starred Carroll O'Connor and was directed by Peter Bogdanovich. She acted in several live television plays produced in New York including Moment of Fear with Robert Redford on the Alfred Hitchcock Presents series.
